If you pay online, Shareh emails you the code as soon as the payment goes through. If you choose cash on delivery, it arrives after you receive the order.

The email comes from shareh@mail.shareh.ai under the name «معمل شارع العلوم» (Science Street Lab). If you can't find it, check your spam folder.

One code for each microscope. They all arrive in one email to the address you used for the order, each with its own activate button.

Each code opens the course for one student account, so each child activates their own code from their own account.

It depends on the governorate: from EGP 80 for Cairo and Giza up to EGP 145 for South Sinai and the New Valley. You see the price before you complete the order. We don't ship to North Sinai at the moment.

No. It charges with the USB-C cable in the box, and connects to a computer or TV to move photos and video across.

The illustrated book suits ages 4 and up, and the course ages 8 and up.

Yes. The course code then arrives after you receive the order.

Yes. Access to the course on Shareh is for life, and your child gets a certificate on completing it.
